PACK (People for Animal Care and Kindness) provides veterinary care grants for pet owners who are seniors, low-income/no income, or unhoused.
Rainier Animal Fund "assists families who are able to demonstrate substantial financial need and cannot afford the full cost of their pet’s veterinary care. This help is provided through regularly scheduled RAF clinics and by applying for a grant to cover individual care on a case-by-case basis."

MyPetChild Pet Financial Aid Program is offering one-time financial grants (up to $200 USD) to individual pet owners who are experiencing financial hardship. These grants can be applied to the cost of veterinary treatment (non-routine and non-emergency only).
STARelief and Pet Assistance "provides financial assistance and resources to pet caretakers and families who are experiencing financial hardship. We provide assistance for routine and emergency veterinary care for those who meet our requirements."
Frankie's Friends Funds "provides financial assistance grants to family owned pets in need of lifesaving emergency or specialty veterinary care whose caregivers cannot afford the full cost of treatment. This program is designed to help with the treatment of emergency and specialty medical conditions where the pet would otherwise suffer, be euthanized, or relinquished without proper veterinary care."
The Pet Fund "provides financial assistance to owners of domestic animals in the United States who need veterinary care."

Doney Coe Pet Clinic has free public walk in clinics 2-3 times weekly and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Seattle Area Feline Rescue offers very low cost wellness/vaccine clinics for cats.
Seattle Veterinary Outreach offers free and sliding scale veterinary care for people and pets living homeless or low income.
Value Pet Clinic has locations in Renton, Kent, and Tacoma and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Animal Hospital of Maple Valley is located in Maple Valley and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Greenwood Animal Hospital is located in North Seattle and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Afford A Vet is located in Kent and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Auburn Valley Animal Hospital is located in Auburn and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Angel Pet Hospital is located in Edmonds and provides services for both dogs and cats.
