1. You are seeking permission to use the free One Health Clinic™ Toolkit.

2. The University of Washington and Washington State University  (the “Universities”) grants free use of this Toolkit for non-commercial use.

3. By creating an account,  you agree that you will not reproduce any of this toolkit for monetary benefit and/or commercial uses.

4. The Universities cannot guarantee that the Product will be suitable for the purposes for which you intend to use it.

5. The Universities will license the name “One Health Clinic [your city]” for free to any organization that integrates human-veterinary health care (and taking into consideration the shared environment) in their community.

6. In using this Toolkit to create a Clinic, the Universities ask that acknowledgement of this Toolkit is mentioned as part of your marketing materials including website or social media. 

7. You may not use the Product unless you agree to these terms.
